Volunteers
TRE offers a volunteer program to teens based on the premise that making a real difference is not only possible but vital. Volunteering is a source of great pride for our Non-Profit Organization, and we will continue to provide the same opportunities for our youth volunteers.
Qualifications
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Teens Are Everything Corporation emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.

To ensure a safe and positive experience for the youth we serve, all volunteers must meet the following quali&cations...
Age Requirement:
Volunteers must be at least 21 years old.
Background Check:
Must successfully complete a background check
prior to working with youth.
Experience:
Prior experience working with teens, youth programs, or community engagement is preferred but not required. A strong interest in supporting the growth and success of young people is essential.
Skills & Attitude:
Volunteers should demonstrate patience, empathy, good communication skills, and a positive role-model presence.
Commitment:
Willingness to commit to scheduled program times, maintain reliability, and uphold the values of Teens Are Everything.
Training:
Completion of a volunteer orientation and any required training sessions provided by the organization.
