With over 20 years of leadership in education, instructional design, and community-based programming, she has dedicated her career to empowering young people with the skills and confidence they need to thrive beyond high school. Through Teens Are Everything, Felepia creates safe, engaging spaces where teens learn life skills, build self-esteem, and prepare for a successful future.
